Who’s Behind Innovultz Lab?
I’m Taraneh. I grew up around hospitals and ERs, built a career in storytelling and strategy, and spent years inside the health insurance and benefits world trying to make complex, high- stakes information make sense to actual humans.
I’m now a member of the NABIP Oregon board and a recent transplant from Portland, Ore., to Vancouver, Wash. I care deeply about the people who live “in between,” like health insurance agents who are stuck between carriers, employers, and members in a system that’s changing whether they want it to or not. Innovultz Lab is where I bring my pattern-spotting brain, my empathy, and my slightly nosy big sister energy to help people and businesses navigate inflection points with more clarity and less self-loathing.
