I’ve spent two decades in and around health insurance, benefits, and communications, and I now serve on the NABIP Oregon board.

Who I’m Here for Right Now
Innovultz Lab runs in seasons. Each season focuses on a specific group in a specific kind of messy middle.
Season 1: Health Insurance Agents

Decision Tools & Canvases
Simple, self-guided tools (like an Agency Crossroads Canvas) that help you map where you are, what’s changing, and what your realistic paths forward are. Think of these as “thinking scaffolds” for the nights you wake up at 3 a.m. wondering what the hell you’re doing.
Short Sprints (Team-Led)
For some crossroads, talking isn’t enough. When you choose a direction and want help turning it into something real (like a referral engine or a clearer story about what you do), my team runs short, defined sprints. You get movement without signing your life away to a retainer.
